We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with a course, we offer a refund under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is made within 7 days of purchase.
  • You have completed less than 20% of the course content.
  • You have not attempted any certificates or exams associated with the course.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email support@lms.icsrindia.com with your order details and the reason for the request. We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Processing Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain services or products may be non-refundable, including:

  • Downloaded digital products;
  • Coaching or consulting sessions that have already been scheduled or delivered;
  • Exam fees once the exam has been scheduled.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
