Cancellation & Refund Policy | ICSR India

At ICSR India, we are committed to delivering high-quality education and training programs. We understand that sometimes cancellations and refunds may be necessary. This policy outlines our terms for cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling to ensure a transparent process for all users.
1. Course Cancellation Policy
✔ By Learner:
- Learners can request a cancellation within 24 hours of enrollment, provided they have not accessed more than 10% of the course content.
- Once a course has been partially or fully accessed, cancellations will not be permitted.
✔ By ICSR India:
- In rare cases, if a course is discontinued or canceled by ICSR India, a full refund will be issued to the learner.
- If a course is postponed or rescheduled, learners will have the option to enroll in a future batch or receive a refund.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be processed based on the following conditions:
✔ Self-Paced Courses:
- Refund requests are valid only within 24 hours of purchase if the learner has not accessed more than 10% of the content.
- No refunds for courses that have been fully or partially completed.
✔ Live/Instructor-Led Training:
- Refund requests must be made at least 3 days before the course start date.
- Once the session begins, refunds will not be issued.
- If a session is canceled by ICSR India, a full refund will be provided.
✔ Subscription-Based Services:
- Monthly or yearly subscription fees are non-refundable once the service is activated.
- Users may cancel future renewals at any time.
3. Refund Process
✔ Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@icsrindia.in with the following details:
- Name & Contact Information
- Course Name & Enrollment Date
- Reason for Refund Request
✔ Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
✔ Transaction fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Courses purchased during discounts, promotions, or special offers.
- Failure to complete the course within the validity period.
- Incomplete or incorrect refund requests.
5. Course Transfer & Rescheduling
✔ If a learner is unable to attend a live session, they may request to transfer to another batch (subject to availability).
✔ Course transfers must be requested at least 48 hours before the session start date.
